Not being a digital fan although I own a few, I was excited that Casio was releasing their first automatic watch. Well that excitement turned into a who cares this morning. Why? Because Casio's new automatic uses the Seiko NH35 movement. Don't get me wrong I love the NH35 and have one to tune up on the Weishi while writing this.
My disappoint is probably my fault that I fell for this fiasco by believing Casio would actually develop a new movement. I have lots of NH35's in many brand watches…

I would like to see what others wear as a "beater" watch. What is a "beater" to me? A watch that has been used for rough work and taken a beating, has been used for years and still running fine.
