Hi guys! I finished servicing a Bulova 10BPAC a few days ago, and I have had issues with this mainspring since I first started putting it back together. I guess there’s too much friction in the barrel (used Moebius 8217 for braking grease), and it’s causing the parts for hand-winding it to strip. Anything I do to it doesn’t work or fix the issue. Will a modern replacement mainspring help with this? Where can I find one? Thanks!

Hi guys! I’m currently attempting to fix a vintage Helbros Skin Diver, and I need to change the crystal. However, I can’t get the thing out! I know this ring is supposed to come off, but I’m not sure how. I might be going this wrong, but I’m using a case knife to get underneath and pop it up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help!
