I want to purchase a Seamaster 600 with a full arabic dial. I’ve found the following watch from a private seller.

I thought the dial looked a bit too white for a watch of this age, and asked if it had been refinished. I am told it hasn’t and is original. I’m really not an expert and I’d appreciate some second opinions.
