I’ve been seeing a lot of watches paired with NATO straps. For someone new to watches, are they a good everyday option?

Are there any downsides like comfort or wear on the spring bars? And are cheap ones from Amazon okay, or should I look for a specific brand?

I’m looking for a solid, everyday quartz watch — something clean, reliable, and easy to maintain. My budget is around $100, and I prefer classic styles that go well with casual or slightly dressy outfits.

I’ve been checking out some Casio and Timex models, but I’m open to any suggestions. What would you consider the best bang-for-buck quartz watch in this price range?

Bonus if it has a sapphire crystal or at least decent water resistance.
