Called the AD I got my Daytona from previously and asked if they could get me a Batman/Batgirl next year. Planning to be a watch I’d wear often and a forever keeper.

Unfortunately their waiting list is now closed to new additions as they’ve already got more customers on it than they’ll ever be able to satisfy it seems.

Had a Daytona from them within weeks of asking for it so hoped aiming for a Batman/Batgirl in 2025 would be feasible. Seems not.

So wondering, is this down to genuine supply/demand and no point in me trying ADs I’ve not got any history with as I’d just get the same result, or is it more likely my history with the current AD simply isn’t as good as many others and they’re able to get one within 12 months etc etc.

Anyone managed to get one within a year without having bought 10 other Rolexes recently to get on the list etc?
