Continue readingI just got this Citizen GMT. The push pull crown is crooked.
I would appreciate any advice/ thoughts as to the cause, and whether it’s significant enough to return the watch instead of having it repaired (under warranty). I got the watch at a significant discount so would consider keeping it if it’s a minor issue.
The stem appears to be straight and other functions appear to work properly. There doesn’t seem to be any trauma to the case which would suggest a drop, etc…
