My new Tissot with a COSC mvt is slow in all postions. I don’t have a time grapher; I’m simply checking the deviation versus atomic time over 24-hours.

Dial up: -6 sec
Dial down: -3 sec
Crown up: -3 sec
Crown down: 0 sec
Crown left: -4 sec
Average: -3.2 sec

Pretty decent, it seems to me, but shouldn’t any deviations, ideally, be (+) rather than (-) when new? Shouldn’t I expect the mvt to slow more as it ages?

Note: The watch has likely spent a year +/-…

New Tissot has an round orange sticker on the underside of the case. Any idea what this indicates? I’m hoping it does not mean it’s a return, refurb, or any other potentially negative.
