I 3D printed two different designs for a NATO/Zulu strap adapter. I am kinda spooked by the lug breaking scenarios so I’d want to minimize that even though I take good care of my watch. In the attachments below are two similar designs whose sole difference is the shape around the lug. One mimics the Jays&Kays design (leaving free space in-between the lugs and the body of the watch) meanwhile the other mimics the OEM strap design (filling the space in-between the lug and the watch body)…
