So I had a few questions about a Panerai Luminor Quaranta 40mm a few days ago. The info was SO useful I have the watch OTW! I purchased from a Panerai Boutique and it should be here tomorrow!

So since y'all got me in this mess, lol…I'd like a little guidance on straps if you would be so kind and are so inclined!

Do y'all buy OEM Panerai straps or mostly after-market?

What's your one favorite strap?

It may be more than a couple of questions! I've never owned a Panerai and the AD is about 115 miles from me so there's that.

1. Bezel- Sometimes I see this watch and the bezel looks polished and sometimes it looks brushed…

A couple of Panerai questions for you Panerai wearers!

AMOST ALWAYS a , a watch I would own, and one I would buy new(no certain order):

A Seiko- SO many nice looking watches. One could probably never go elsewhere and find a watch for every occasion and budget.
Omega- IMO some of the best looking watches out there. Classy, nicely done, and well made.
Tag Heuer- IDC what anyone else thinks, lol! I have two and like…

I know what my problem is….

I'm considering these two. I like the color combination of the BB burgundy bezel and black/gold dial. But I like the specs/size of the BB 58 and I've tried this one on and know it works…and I like the blue 58 ALMOST as well as the BB Burgundy/gold/black.

So the question is…How does the BB 41mm wear for you? Anyone have both models that could comment would be great! I've got several 40, 41, 42mm watches but the case thickness of the BB iis my primary concern.

I've stayed away from even LOOKING at a Rolex watch….SERIOUSLY! And then I accidentally saw a green OP 41mm on eBay. Then I googled pictures of it. I honestly thought it was the most beautiful watch EVER. Simple. Classic. NO DATE! I'll have to investigate…

First Rolex…bought two!

I want another chronograph. My wife bought me a Seiko Speedtimer…I've never wanted a chronograph so it was my first one. I love the thing and I didn't expect to! Now I have a little chronograph itch.

Omega Speedmaster… You know…it's really a 10 out of 10 watch. Great looking…casual…formal…stylish…timeless…and kinda COMMON. That's the worst thing about it. It lacks the uniqueness some of us like. Seems to hold their value…
