My wife's favorite watch has been her Bulova A-11 Hack Watch (Model 96A282), a contemporary tribute to the original A-11 -- stock photo below. However, she broke the crystal. Citizen Watch Group (which includes Bulova support) said they can't sell me a replacement part because they are out of stock for at least six months, and I would need to mail it in for service. However the watch is no longer under warranty, and I'd just like to replace the crystal myself.
