1947 Omega Caliber 265 — Was gifted this watch — What exactly do I have here?

Greetings — A friend gifted this to me, and he can’t recall the details of his purchase. So I’d appreciate a sense of what I have here — the caliber is 265, the serial number dates to 1947. Does the dial look original or is it a redial? Everything here works as it should. What are ideas about its value? Thanks!
