The lovely JJ cocktail (this is the watch that started my small case/vintage obsession) crystal fell off. I managed to find it on the floor. I assumed I would need to send it in, but I wanted to place it on top to give some dust barrier as I waited. Well just a little press and it popped right back in place. If I grip sides with nails, I can easily pop it back off tho. It will pop back on easily as well. So here is my q:

1. is this normal for cocktails like this? I assumed they were glued…
