Considering this Seamaster 2846 cal. 501

Hello vintage crew. Would any of you indulge me with some input on a Seamaster that I’m considering? This would be the first Omega of this era that I’ve put hands on, and thus am out of my element here.

Bracelet is not period correct to the watch and there is no known service records. It looks like a couple of the lume dots are partially missing (1, 5, 7, 8, possibly 10). The dial has a slight oxidized look, but the hands look really nice and the case appears sharp. Crown looks original…

Mark II Incoming…I should have asked before, but…

You’re supposed to post here before you buy, I know, but, I didn’t…

I just sent funds for this 1970 MKII w/an early serial and 1159 bracelet.

I was on the hunt for something that would be a good daily wearer (it’s serviced) and wouldn’t feel too precious about should I scratch it. This will be the first Speedmaster I will have owned.
