Omega Cal 1337 Quartz Movement – I repaired (or so I thought) my first full movement from spare parts from not working movements. Everything seems to be running smoothly except its running probably 5-8 seconds fast. My research says this is due to magnetizing? Any thoughts?

Picked up a Seiko Cevert 6139-6002
1 – Case back is accurate
2 – Appears to be original Stelux Bracelet
3 – Concerned about the bezel, dial and hands
That being said, I have found examples of advertised fake dials and what I believe to be real dials and that leads me to believe this is possibly original but looking to this knowledge base for opinion.
