I found this one in a message. I classify it as inexpensive, very inexpensive.
I was enamored by the colors as the royal blue with the gold tone and has the dive bezel with the stainless band with gold tone center.

It has a Swiss movement which gives it a saving grace for me, otherwise, meh.

When I took my Elgin Solar (has Citizen echo-drive 2000 circa) in for repair and he replaced the capacitor for it had been drawered for at least a decade plus, due to my career not to get it scratched up in HVAC repair.
