Hello

I bought this Omega from the grandson of the first owner.
His grandfather told him he bought this watch with dial looking like that, but i don't believe that. Unless these dials did patina really really fast?

I'm interested to know, which color could this dial have been originally? And why is there a "black" inner circle, isn't that weird?
