First Doxa, how'd I do?

I've been collecting watches for the past few years, and have about a dozen watches, mostly divers and chronographs (or a mix of both). I'd love to add a Doxa to my collection, and am leaning toward Professional with the classic orange, but really like the Aquamarine colorway as well.

Recommendation for first Doxa?

I recently picked up a pre-owned Nezumi Voiture VM1S (manually wind Sellita SW510 Mb movement).

I have fairly large hands compared to my 7-1/4" wrist, so if I adjust the bracelet large enough to get it over my hand, it's too loose on my wrist, but if I adjust the bracelet to me a snug fit on my wrist, it's really hard to put on and take off.

The bracelet itself is good quality, so I've been searching for an on-the-fly adjustable clasp that I can retrofit to it, but I haven't had any luck...
