Anyone else? This is something I had to undergo some serious re-education to understand. Before I knew anything, when I thought of buying a nice dress watch to wear to a job, I would look only at the old steel ones because I thought silver=fancy. I am pretty sure I had some version of this Bulova and thought it was the fanciest thing ever. Never even occurred to me that the leather strap ones would be the dressy ones.

Has anyone heard of or had experience with watches from this Danish microbrand? They make beautiful enamel watches that remind me of anOrdain but without the waitlist that I have no patience whatsoever for. This new aubergine dial is a stunner. I am still pretty new to this watch world and am a bit wary of microbrands for which I cannot find any reviews at all.
