105.012 pusher question

Anyone know the difference between these two service pushers?

086ST0089 – pressed in, and discontinued

086ST0022 – pressed in – replacement for above

Also, I know the 89 has the same size pusher cap as the original just a skinny tube. I can’t figure out though how the 0022 compares to the original.
