Replacement Link Crystal with better AR

I've been wearing an older model Link, And really enjoy it. However, there's either no AR on the crystal, or it's just really bad. Is it possible to get the crystal replaced with something that would be far better for anti-reflectiveness?

I'm sure the answer is yes, so maybe the question is how do you go about doing this? Send it back to Tag, local shop? Not something I want to attempt to myself.
